TikTok Shop integration is available for US and UK stores.

You connect your store by installing the Ghost Builder app, which links your TikTok Shop to your Ghost Builder account. Once connected, paid TikTok orders that contain your linked products flow into Ghost Builder automati­cally for production.

How do I link my TikTok Shop products with Ghost Builder?

There are two ways:

Option 1: Create products on Ghost Builder first (recommended, easiest). Design your custom products on the Ghost Builder website and export them to your TikTok Shop. Ghost Builder automati­cally creates and links the mockup images and print-ready files for you — no extra setup needed.

Option 2: Link your existing TikTok products. If you already have products listed on TikTok, you can link each one to a Ghost Builder product by choosing the base product for printing (including sizes and colours), uploading mockup images (so our print operators know how the finished item should look), and uploading print-ready files (required for production).

What happens when a customer places an order on my TikTok Shop?

1. Your customer places and pays for the order on TikTok as normal.
2. The Ghost Builder app checks the order for linked products. If at least one product in the order is linked, the order is brought into the Ghost Builder system.
3. You pay Ghost Builder for the production of the order (see payment options below).
4. Once paid, the order enters our production workflow and is produced.
5. When the order ships, Ghost Builder automati­cally sends the tracking number back to your TikTok Shop - and TikTok notifies your customer for you.
