1. About these terms
1.1
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our platform. By proceeding to checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1.3
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our platform or the purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
2. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where artwork is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in breach of these terms.
2.2
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. Production does not begin until payment has been successfully processed.
2.3
Prices displayed on the platform are in the applicable regional currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
2.4
Once an order has been submitted and payment processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as production begins promptly. If you believe an error has been made, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before production commences.
3. Intellectual property and artwork
3.1
By uploading artwork to our platform, you confirm that you are the original creator of the artwork, or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes.
3.2
You retain full ownership of any artwork you upload. We do not claim any ownership over your designs. By uploading artwork, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3.3
You must not upload artwork that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted images, trademarked logos, or licensed characters, without written authorisation from the rights holder.
3.4
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this clause, including any third party intellectual property claim relating to artwork you have submitted.
3.5
We reserve the right to reject or remove any artwork that we reasonably believe to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation, without notice and without liability.
4. Print quality and artwork responsibility
4.1
We print exactly what is uploaded. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork meets our guidelines, including file format (PNG), resolution (300 DPI), and transparent background requirements, prior to submitting your order.
4.2
We are not liable for print results that do not meet your expectations due to artwork that does not comply with our guidelines. No refund or replacement will be issued in these circumstances.
4.3
Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in screen calibration and the nature of fabric printing. These variations do not constitute a fault.
5. Shipping and delivery
5.1
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of payment being received. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5.2
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided.
5.3
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and are unable to advise on their amount.
6. Returns and refunds
6.1
Because all products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with a design that was submitted by the customer.
6.2
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence and your order number. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, reprint, or refund at our discretion.
6.3
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
7.2
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our platform or the products purchased, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
8. Privacy
8.1
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2
We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes of processing your order, communicating with you, and improving our service.
9. Acceptable use
9.1
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform or interfere with any other user's experience.
9.2
You must not submit artwork that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order containing such content and to suspend access to your account.
